The heart of art

Far from the hustle and bustle of shopping malls, high-decibel entertainment and glitzy fashion shows is an entirely different aspect of the Dubai Shopping Festival — the Emaar International Art Symposium (EIAS).

Now in its fourth edition, this event organised by Emaar Properties in support of DSF, adds an artistic flourish to the festivities by bringing artists from around the globe to Dubai.

This year 17 artists and 13 sculptors from over 14 countries are participating in the art symposium. The sculptors arrived on February 6 and have been working in tents set up on the beach next to Jumeirah Beach Park. The painters began working on February 12 in tents set up on the grounds of the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club at the Arabian Ranches. Read More!
